Base material for CTP

Range of thickness: 0.14-0.38mm.

Commonly used alloy: 1050, 1A25. 

The aluminum base material for CTP is in high requirements on thickness, flatness and surface quality, and represents the most advanced level of surface control for aluminum fabricated products nowadays.

The division breaks monopoly of foreign enterprises, becomes the first aluminum fabrication enterprise in China which can produce stably aluminum base material for CTP in batch.

Accuracy of thickness: up to 3μm

Wave height: ≤1.5mm

Surface roughness: 0.15-0.22μm 

Major customers are FUJI Co., Kodak Co., and other well known international  companies.
