Aluminum foils for package

The foils usually made of aluminum alloy 1235, 8011 and 8079 with 0.006-0.06mm of the thickness are widely used in medicine and food packaging industry.

The division has worked on microstructure control of ingots, soaking procedure, hot rolling and cold rolling process as well as intermediate annealing process and developed the technology of “Optimal Solid Solution and Depleted Point” with independent intellectual property, and won the National Second Prize for Progress in Science and Technology in 2005.

Among them, the fluorocarbon coating plate is awarded the excellent product in Chongqing with 50 years of lifetime and color difference ΔE less than 0.8. Hardness for the functional anti scratch coating plate reaches 3H. The pattern coating plate can imitate woodgrain, marble and granite. Annual outputs of coating materials are 5000-6000tons.
