This line is earliest imported cold rolling line with high speed and high accuracy, including 1850mm cold rolling line made by SMS of Germany, 1850mm cold rolling line made by Demag of Germany, 1700mm foil mill from Achenbach of Germany, 1600mm tension leveler made by Ungerer of USA, 1700mm slitting machine made by Stamco of USA, roller grinding machine made by Herkules of Germany and other advanced machines.

The cold rolling line was put into production in early 1990, filling material blanks in China for can stock, foil stock and lithographic sheets and saving a large number of foreign exchanges for our country because of its substitution of import.
