Coating material for architectural decoration

The coating material usually made of 1100, 3004, 3005, 5050 and 5052 alloy is mainly used to manufacture aluminum plastic composite panel, aluminum honeycomb composite panel, indoor ceiling and roofing corrugated sheet. With a feature of sound absorbing, high decoration, long lifetime, light weight, good formability and easy installation, and sets strict demands on film properties, surface quality, color difference, strength and bending performance.

The division is the first enterprise to produce such product at home. We have successfully developed fluorocarbon coating plate, polyester coating plate and functional coating plate over recent 20 years. Among them, the fluorocarbon coating plate is awarded the excellent product in Chongqing with 50 years of lifetime and color difference ΔE less than 0.8. Hardness for the functional anti scratch coating plate reaches 3H. The pattern coating plate can imitate woodgrain, marble and granite. Annual outputs of coating materials are 5000-6000tons.
